Our parking lot sealcoating involves power cleaning the asphalt and using walk behind blowers, steel brooms, or wire wheel machine to break loose debris from asphalt. Having properly cleaned the asphalt, the next step is very detailed in cutting in around all concrete, buildings, etc. to ensure there is no over spray. Then we move on to spraying the first coat, once that step is complete we let it cure and dry. Then we apply second coat, barricade parking lot.
When sealcoating driveways we trim the grass back off the edges, power clean the asphalt using walk behind blowers, steel brooms, or wire wheel machine to break loose debris from asphalt. Having properly cleaned the asphalt, the next step is very detailed in cutting in around concrete, house, or landscape. We then move on to spraying a single heavy coat. Cut in at the end of drive and the road to have a straight line. When the process is complete we tape off the driveway.
We mix our sealer with 2-4 lbs of sand per gallon power agitated into mix.
