Having properly cleaned the asphalt, the next step is very detailed in cutting in around all concrete, buildings, etc. to ensure there is no over spray. Then we move on to spraying the first coat, once that step is complete we let it cure and dry. Then we apply second coat, barricade parking lot.

We mix our sealer with 2-4 lbs of sand per gallon power agitated into mix.
